The Movie of the Day: The A Team

(Ten years ago / In 1972), a crack commando unit was sent to prison by a military court for a crime they didn't commit. These men promptly escaped from a maximum security stockade to the Los Angeles underground. Today, still wanted by the government, they survive as soldiers of fortune. If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them, maybe you can hire... The A-Team.

A really cool movie, not just fun and entertaining, but a really good movie, with good story, and which maintained the spirit of the series although making it all new at the same time, without losing any originality and fidelity to that same series. The actors ae awesome, all of them, just don't expect they to be the same, or imitate their old counterparts... Those are irreplaceable. Liam Neeson is the best as Hannibal, one of his best performances ever I think, Bradley Cooper is really cool as Face, Quinton "Rampage" Jackson is really good as B.A., but he gets much better at the end, but unfortunately not as good as Mr. T ever was! But here is the true gem of the band... the south african actor Sharlto Copley, who is simply awesome as Murdock! Really funny and serious and the same time, awesome, perfect choice; just one little thing, he has to improve his accent. But the movie is worth watching, and it's worth your buck! Good going mister director Joe Carnahan!
